Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on several factors, including:

  • Product type and weight
  • Order size and quantity
  • Destination address
  • Carrier and freight requirements (e.g., LTL freight, standard parcel, or specialized handling)

Shipping Destinations

Stone Products Unlimited, Inc. ships to all 50 states. For shipments to Hawaii or Alaska, please reach out to orderdesk@spui.net for a freight quote.

Lead Times and Delivery Estimates

All lead times, ship dates, and delivery dates provided are estimates only. Typically, we ship orders within 5 business days of approval. Transit times vary by destination and carrier and cannot be guaranteed, as we contract through outside carriers.

Factors Affecting Delays

Difficult-to-reach addresses such as narrow streets, slopes, low-hanging trees, or ferry crossings may cause delays in shipping. Please communicate any potential challenges to our customer service team at orderdesk@spui.net. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or the need to pick up the product from the carrier's terminal.

Holding Shipments

  • We do not accommodate holds for shipments for end-user clients.

  • For B2B clients, we can hold shipments for up to 30 days from the PO date free of charge.

  • For Pre-Pay customers, payment is required immediately to allocate inventory. For customers on terms, payment is required within two weeks, otherwise inventory will be deallocated.

  • Materials not picked up after 30 days are subject to a storage fee of $25 per pallet/crate per week.

  • After a total of 90 days, if the materials are still not picked up, we will issue a refund with a 25% restocking fee.

Will Call Orders

Will call orders are available for pickup from our Anaheim, CA facility within 5 business days of placing your order.

Third-Party Carriers

We use third-party carriers for all shipments and cannot change their policies or fees. Any changes to your order may result in additional charges.

Special Freight & Delivery Requirements

Depending on your order and location, the following may apply:

  • Freight Shipments: Large or heavy orders are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. Freight carriers will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone must be present to receive and sign for the shipment.

  • Residential Deliveries: All residential deliveries are curbside only and require a signature. It is your responsibility to bring the products inside for proper storage. Additional fees may apply for residential delivery.

  • Curbside Delivery: The carrier will deliver to the curb or end of your driveway. No inside delivery or placement is included.

  • Delivery Appointments: Some carriers require a scheduled appointment for delivery. If you miss a delivery appointment, the carrier may charge a storage or redelivery fee. You will be responsible for these fees. Failure to accept delivery may result in the product being returned to us, and you will be charged the return freight cost plus a 25% restocking fee.

Showroom Orders

Products displayed in our showroom or store can be ordered and shipped to your location at a later date. Contact our team at orderdesk@spui.net to place a showroom order and arrange shipping.

Inspection Upon Arrival

Inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Any damage must be noted on the bill of lading and reported to claims@spui.net within 72 hours with accompanying photographs. Claims reported beyond this window will not be approved.

Damage and Imperfections

A small percentage of your tile may arrive damaged, which is why we recommend purchasing overage. Please understand the difference between actual damage and tile imperfections by reviewing our variations guide, samples, and product imagery.
