Product

Do you offer samples?

Yes we do. While we try to offer the most accurate product images on our website, there really is no comparison to seeing the tile in person. Please reach out to please reach out to orderdesk@spui.net to request a sample.

Are your materials made in the USA?

Our products come from at least 10 different countries and the USA is one of them.  We have a selection of porcelain, ceramic and natural stone that is manufactured or quarried in the USA.  If you have a projects that requires Made in USA product feel free to reach out and we can point you in the right direction.

How much overage should I order?

We highly recommend adding an overage of between 10-30% to your order. There are many reasons to order overage including: accounting for wastage, grout space, install area, preferred selection, future use, and damage during transit. Shipping

What is your shipping policy?

When will my order ship?

Typically, we ship orders within 2-5 business days of approval. All lead times, ship dates, and delivery dates provided are estimates only. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates vary based on weigh, delivery address, and special services. Please reach out to orderdesk@spui.net for a freight quote.

Do you ship to my state?

Stone Products Unlimited, Inc. ships to all 50 states. For shipments to Hawaii or Alaska, please reach out to orderdesk@spui.net for a freight quote.

Has my order shipped?

When your order ships, you will receive an invoice. If the carrier offers tracking information, you will also find this on your invoice.

Do you offer residential deliveries?

Yes, we do offer Residential Deliveries.  All Residential Delivered are curbside and it is your responsibility to move them into proper storage.

Billing & Pricing

I prepaid for my order, why am I getting an invoice?

The invoice is for your records. It is sent automatically when the order ships. If the carrier offers tracking information, you will also find this on your invoice.

Returns

Can I return a sample?

The sample is yours to keep.

What is your Return Policy?

Returns must be made within 30 days from date of invoice, be in its original package, full box quantities, and match current shades. NO PARTIAL returns will be accepted. All returns are subject to 25% restocking charge. See our Terms and Conditions for more information

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

Up to 5% of your tile may arrive damaged, which is why we recommend purchasing overage. Inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Any concealed damage must be noted on the bill of lading and reported to claims@spui.net within 72 hours with accompanying photographs. See our Terms and Conditions for more information
